Vaasan Sähkö Oy, Pått Heat pump plant, Vaasa
A heat pump plant was completed at the Pått wastewater treatment plant near the center of Vaasa, where waste heat from the treated wastewater is recovered and transferred to the district heating network.

The plant is a prime example of industrial waste heat recovery that opens up a wide range of opportunities for the industry. The project was implemented using the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) model, in collaboration with Elomatic.
