Sustainability – Our sustainable handprint

Sustainability is part of our operations at all levels, from strategy to everyday tools. Even when we are not specifically asked to do so, we want to be a tangible part of the solution to the major sustainability challenges in construction.
Partner in change
"In the midst of current global changes, we want to be a leading partner in implementing environmental sustainablity and improving productivity. We focus our expertise and innovation efforts on these areas to help our clients make leaps in sustainability and productivity in their projects."

People

Our equal working community
We maintain and develop an equal work community where everyone can be themselves. The majority of our built environment designers, experts, and project professionals feel that people are treated fairly and with respect. An important enabler is the praised supervisor work, which we want to develop even further. We also have room to grow.

We take a comprehensive approach to supporting wellbeing
We support the wellbeing of our employees comprehensively with comprehensive insurance and extensive occupational health services, including mental wellbeing services.

Come as you are
The vast majority of our employees feel that equality is well achieved in our units. We carried out a salary comparison between men and women, which showed that our pay is equal for jobs of the same level.

In 2024, we assessed our environmental handprint in 1,400 projects.

Towards circular intelligence
Every one of our experts and consultants is part of the circular economy solution. We are committed to the Circular Economy Green Deal. We lead and verify our circular economy commitment with our environmental handprint index. We call the expertise that implements the circular economy transition in the built environment circular intelligence.

Reducing our own greenhouse gas emissions
Our climate work is framed by the science-based emission reduction targets approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). In 2024, we reduced our climate emissions in our operations according to the targets, and even beyond.
