Culture of speaking up
- Our aim is to ensure that all matters can be discussed openly, at the right time and with a solution‑oriented approach.
- Any suspicion or concern related to misconduct can be reported to an AINS Group contact person, Human Resources or the legal department.
- If needed, a protected and anonymous whistleblowing channel is available.
