The project combines robust electrical infrastructure, multidisciplinary design expertise and energy-efficient heat recovery into a competitive whole. Brunswick Real Estate is developing a data centre in the Vähänummi industrial area of Järvenpää as part of a project by Prime Data Centers to meet the rapidly increasing demand for digital infrastructure. The goal is to deliver a scalable complex with a capacity of up to 100–130 megawatts, requiring strong project development capabilities, a reliable power connection, and well-managed environmental impacts. A-Insinöörit acts as a comprehensive construction management and design partner during the project planning phase. We integrate construction management, project planning, and electrical, building services, structural, architectural and geotechnical design into a seamless delivery model that accelerates decision-making and reduces risk. This collaboration has established a solid foundation for implementation: ensuring technical and financial feasibility, advancing environmental impact assessment, and enabling energy-efficient solutions such as utilising waste heat in the district heating network – supporting the client’s investment performance and long-term sustainability.
