Koria Hiivuri Land Management Master Plan, Kouvola
The task is to prepare a land-use objective/master plan for the Korian Hiivuri region in order to identify the conditions for developing business activities.
The plan will be prepared as a pre-clearance in support of general and station zoning and municipal engineering planning. The work compared five preliminary land-use and transport network options and their impacts and selected two options for further planning and sight. The planning area belongs to the nationally valuable cultural landscape of the Kymiriver Valley.
