The office block built in the 1950s was given a new lease of life when it was renovated in line with the owner’s needs as a project management assignment.
Lapland Hotels Bulevardi opened a high-quality hotel on the refurbished premises, designed in accordance with its city hotel concept. Under the assignment, we were responsible for project management and supervision. The project’s construction plans were completed in collaboration with the operator and the project management contractor within the budget set by the property’s owner.
