The pre-demolition audit conducted by our experts includes structural and hazardous material assessments in line with the Finnish Ministry of the Environment's guidelines, as well as identified options for material reuse and recycling.

Digital twins and tools creating tangible value

As part of the pre-demolition audit, we create a digital twin of your building using building information modelling (BIM). This model can be used directly in the demolition contract and brings added value for future renovation or infill development projects.

Pre-demolition audit as part of the permitting process

A pre-demolition audit is best carried out no later than the project planning phase. This ensures that there is sufficient time for environmental and other permit processes. It also opens up the opportunity to reuse recyclable demolition materials in your new or renovated building.
