This includes permit applications under environmental and water legislation, including exemption permits under the Nature Conservation Act and the Water Act. We also offer expert services for environmental risk management and minimizing environmental impacts.

For your infrastructure projects, such as roads and railways, our experts will assess the environmental and natural values of the site, ensuring that they are taken into account in the planning process. Earth extraction permits and groundwater studies and conservation plans are also important parts of our environmental assessments for infrastructure projects.

Our wide range of nature surveys

We are your experts for various air quality measurements and bioindicator studies, which are important for assessing air quality and ecosystem status. If your project is located in, or affects, Natura 2000 areas, we carry out reliable Natura screening assessments and full Natura assessments.

Through nature studies, such as bird and wildlife surveys, we help you identify and protect the area's biodiversity. In addition, contaminated soil (PIMA) and acid sulfate soils (HASU) are a particular concern in certain areas, and investigating them is important for minimizing the environmental impacts of projects. We help prevent acidity or metal emissions into water bodies through various planning measures.

Environmental and risk assessments of industrial installations

Industrial operations may, for example, require preparing an environmental risk assessment and updating it regularly. We help identify the technically, economically and practically best possible techniques to minimize your facility's environmental impacts throughout its entire life cycle: in the planning, construction, maintenance, operation, and decommissioning of the activity.

We also help prepare a BAT-conclusions-compliant emissions or inputs-and-products inventory for your operations, to identify the components entering the process and those generated by it, as well as emissions. The emissions inventory supports emissions monitoring, assessment of environmental performance, and meeting BAT requirements.

In addition, we carry out noise, vibration, emission, and odor modeling, which can be used to determine the environmental impacts of operations on surrounding areas. We also help reduce adverse effects.
