XTX Markets, data centre, Kajaani
British company XTX Markets is building its first 22,5-megawatt data centre in Finland, scheduled for completion in 2026.

The complex, consisting of three data centres, will also include factory facilities, warehouse space, and office space for 50 people. Plans also include four additional data centers on the same site. If realized, the approximately one-billion-euro project will be one of the largest individual industrial investments in Finland. A-Insinöörit is acting as XTX’s partner in construction management.
