Villa K, Helsinki
Situated next to the sea in east Helsinki, the 1960s era Villa K was refurbished creating three contemporary apartments.

Having reached the end of its life cycle, the entire building was renovated using new construction methods and modern installations. The apartments are bright and spacious, and the finishes are of high quality. Each apartment enjoys their own expansive balcony and stunning sea views along with a shared luxurious sauna and swimming pool complex. ONE Architects (Part of AINS Group) were responsible for the main and architectural design of the project: https://www.onearchitects.fi/ Photo: Kuvatoimisto Kuvio Oy
