Väinämöisentorni, housing company, Tampere
The facades of residential buildings of Väinämöisentorni, completed in 1966, were added new insulation and thin-coat plaster.

And extensive repair and recoating of the balconies took place, and glazing and new balustrades were installed. Some of the common airing balconies were removed. As part of the complete roof replacement, the profile of the roof was altered and eaves were extended. Together with the facade repair, the adjacent commercial building and garages were also renovated.
