The new development is a hybrid building located in Kortepohja, Jyväskylä, which includes a 9-story residential building designed for students and an adjacent grocery store.
The ground floor of the residential building has commercial space. The building's energy class is A, achieved through modern structural solutions and energy-efficient ventilation. Additionally, the main heating method for the building is geothermal energy, utilizing the waste heat from the store's refrigeration units for heating, and producing part of the electricity needed for the property with solar panels.
