The new buildings includes facilities for cardiology, eye clinic, internal medicine department, endoscopy department, hospital pharmacy, laboratory and a new radiotherapy department with 4 accelerators. The new wards accommodate around 260 beds and all wards have teaching facilities for the University of Tartu Medical Faculty.
