The 1+5-storey apartment building completed in 1970 underwent facade repair.
The facades were sandblasted, plastered, leveled and coated. The elastic seams were renewed. The balcony railings and glazing were renewed. Otherwise, the concrete of the balconies was renovated with concrete repair. In connection with the renovation of the facade, the gutters and rainwater drainage were renewed, and an exhaust air heat recovery system was built. The entrances were renewed and the parking area was renovated.
