Suohovi, housing company, Tampere
The Suohovi property, built in 1967, is a residential building with 1+3 floors.

We performed a building survey, project planning, architectural and structural engineering, and work-site supervision for the project. The old, damaged façades were insulated, and the building’s appearance was refreshed. The balconies’ side walls and railings were replaced, with only the concrete slabs preserved from the original balconies. In addition, doors and windows were replaced.
