Siltasaari 10, Helsinki
The protected old Elanto department store completed in 1913 and the properties completed between 1825-1838 and 1984 were combined into business, restaurant and office premises that meet current requirements. The site located at the Parade Ground in Hakaniemi was renovated while respecting their origins. The demanding renovation site also meets the goals of sustainable development in reducing environmental impacts and developing healthy work environments. The building has a LEEDv4 Platinum level certificate.
