Ristikukkula, housing company, Tampere
Asunto Oy Ristikukkula is one of Tampere's largest housing companies: 11 apartment buildings were built during 1964-1967.
During the facade renovation, the facades of the buildings were serviced and the elastic joints were renewed. The railings of the apartment balconies (374) were renewed and the balcony tiles were renovated. Balcony canopies were built over the top balconies. Some of the ventilation balconies (36) were dismantled and decommissioned. The others were renovated with concrete repairs and the steel-structured surface railings were renewed.
