Ratamo Centre, Kouvola
The Ratamo Center is an important part of Kouvola's social and healthcare service structure, supporting the cooperation of various health services and national development goals.
The interior of the center, designed with a customer-centric approach, is flexibly adaptable and expandable. The center includes, among other things, outpatient specialty care, emergency services, an endoscopy unit, a day hospital, imaging (MRI), and inpatient wards. The building's facade features reddish-brown ceramic tiles, and the interiors are light and nature-inspired, including oak and nature-themed accent walls. ONE Architects (part of AINS Group) was responsible for the main and architectural design of the project: https://www.onearchitects.fi/ Photos: Tuomas Uusheimo
