Pyörö Daycare Centre, Kuopio
The new two-storey Pyörö Daycare Centre was delivered as a collaborative design-build contract (KVR), emphasizing close and transparent cooperation between the client, users, and contractor throughout the entire project.

The daycare accommodates ten groups and is designed to meet the needs of modern early childhood education. Structurally, the building is based on a concrete load-bearing frame, while the non-load-bearing components were mainly constructed using lightweight structures. Some of the exterior walls were built with wood, supporting the principles of sustainable construction.
