Pursimiehenkatu 27, housing company, Helsinki
Part of the Pursimiehenkatu 27 project involved renovating the façade and roofing of the Art Nouveau building located in Punavuori.
In conjunction with the roofing renovation, a corner tower that had been destroyed in wartime was restored. The airing balconies on the courtyard side were renovated, and steel balcony railings were installed. Product compliance was verified with a work-site-specific expert statement.
