The new building is a hospital building with two above-ground floors and one underground floor.

The site has six radiation treatment bunkers with ancillary facilities. The structures of the radiation treatment bunkers were made with heavy concrete, according to the required radiation protection of values of 900-1100mm. As additional protection, 150...300 mm strong steel shielding was used in the area of the primary radiation lobes.
