Niittysillanportti, Espoo

A proposed amendment to the detailed area plan will transform the existing office building city block into a residential city block.

Niittysillanportti, Espoo

The proposal includes 5-10 storey apartment buildings and a multi-storey carpark, which form a protected inner courtyard area. Due to its location, the building solution must be noise-barrier-like in order to minimize noise and fine particle pollution in the yard areas. ONE Architects (Part of AINS Group) were responsible for the main and architectural design of the project: https://www.onearchitects.fi/
