A proposed amendment to the detailed area plan will transform the existing office building city block into a residential city block.
The proposal includes 5-10 storey apartment buildings and a multi-storey carpark, which form a protected inner courtyard area. Due to its location, the building solution must be noise-barrier-like in order to minimize noise and fine particle pollution in the yard areas.
