Nahkakeskustalo, housing company, Helsinki
The renovation of the older property, built in 1881-1882, the renovation of the lines and the transformation into apartments were carried out as a project management contract.

Valuable parts to be renovated were the facade, water roof, intermediate floors and stairwell. A special feature was the extension of the building's life cycle by replacing rot-damaged wooden intermediate floors with concrete ones. The keys to success are an understanding of planning and production control, from successful cost planning.
