KYS Eastern Finland Laboratory Centre ISLAB in Kuopio is one of Finland's largest public healthcare laboratory centres, providing high-quality, timely and cost-effective laboratory services for primary health care and specialised medical care throughout Eastern Finland.

The site is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Kuopio University Hospital. The site included the premises to be built at ISLAB and the ventilation machine rooms. The project included the renovation of the premises, an extension to the old roof, and new ventilation machine rooms.
