Kuopas Savilahdenranta, student housing buildings, Kuopio
Two new student housing buildings, Kampus Masto and Kampus Ankkuri, are being built in Kuopio’s Savilahdenranta area, right next to local educational institutions.
Together, they will offer a total of 265 modern student apartments. The 12-storey Kampus Masto will feature 128 apartments, most of which are studios. In addition to housing, the building includes shared spaces for studying and socializing, such as large balconies with lake views that are freely available to all residents. Next to Masto, the 7-storey Kampus Ankkuri will add 137 more apartments. Both buildings will include shared facilities such as laundry rooms, ample bicycle parking, and in Ankkuri, also sauna facilities.
