ONE Architects' ( former B&M Architects) proposal “Huoma” won first prize in the Kruunuvuorenranta block 49338 invitation competition.

The competition was organized by City of Helsinki and the aim was to find a high-level and feasible solution for a housing block that consist of Heka rental and Haso right-of-occupancy housing companies with a connecting courtyard and parking facilities. The competition proposal was designed in collaboration with Maanlumo Landscape Architects.
