Keilaniemi Gate, Espoo
The 14-storey Keilaniemi Gate, which will become a new landmark in Keilaniemi, Espoo, known for its office buildings, will be one of the tallest office buildings in Europe, using wood as the main material for the frame.
The building will be equipped with solar panels and a green roof. The building will be flexible so that the spaces can be easily converted as the need for use changes. Keilaniemi Gate will apply for BREEAM Excellent environmental certification.
