Keilalampi Building was comprehensively renovated into a modern office space of the 2020's that fulfills the Leed Gold certificate.

The Keilalammi property is part of Regenero Oy's over 100,000 square meter Keilaniemenranta project, where the area is developed in close cooperation with the city of Espoo. The aim of the project is, among other things, to revive the beach track and bring services to the area.
