The extensive renovation involved the replacement of nearly all balcony structures, and new insulation and thin-coat plastering were added to the facades. The chimney was dismantled and the stairwells were made accessible. The project benefited from innovative and ambitious solutions: the old flat roof was converted into a slightly slanted roof with added eaves. AINS Group was involved in the building survey, project planning, renovation planning (architectural and structural design), and contracting and supervision.
