Iso Roobertinkatu 42, housing company, Helsinki
The work on the early 1900s building located in Helsinki’s trendy Punavuori district involved renovation of the HEPAC system and the basement, retrofitting of a lift, and the construction of two new loft-style flats.

The outbuilding erected in the late 19th century was converted to residential use, its basement and HEPAC system too were renovated, and a new loft-style flat and two balconies were built. Both buildings’ exterior structures were repaired, and the courtyard was renovated.
