Hoas Huippu is located next to Pasila railway station, near Mall of Tripla and Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre. The project consists of six buildings, with heights ranging from 7 to 17 floors. The lower floors serve as Hoas's new headquarters. The multipurpose hall and library and study facilities are available to residents of all Hoas properties. The commercial spaces offer local services. Above the office floors are courtyards and gardens, a total of 359 apartments, as well as rooftop saunas and terraces for residents to use.
