The residential block was completed in 1995.
The exposed aggregate exterior cladding was pressure-washed and the elastic joints were repointed. The balcony glazing was replaced, and the balconies were reconditioned. Door and window structures were repainted. AINS Group was responsible for the planning, contracting and management of the renovation project.
