On the street side, the architecture of the five-storey apartment building’s top floor and ground floor with its transparent communal spaces differs from the other floors. Protected shared outdoor spaces are formed by the mass of the courtyard wing and neighbouring buildings. Ground floor apartments enjoy individual gardens on the courtyard side. Parking spaces are located in an underground carpark. ONE Architects (Part of AINS Group) were responsible for the main and architectural design of the project: https://www.onearchitects.fi/ Photos: Kuvatoimisto Kuvio Oy, Anders Portman
