Hallituskatu 14, Kuopio

The implementation was carried out using the hybrid alliance model developed by AINS Group, i.e. a cooperative project management contract. The building, which was fully protected from the outside and inside, was renovated into new, shared office space for the Regional State Administrative Agency for Eastern Finland (AVI) and the Finnish Medicines Agency Fimea. The site received an honourable mention in the Eastern Finland Cooperation Project of the Year competition. The justifications emphasise the good attitude of all parties, the good attitude of the employees and working together.
