The building has eight above-ground floors and two basement floors extending across the entire plot. Special features: The shoring of an excavation in the immediate vicinity of a 110 kV powerline, the rerouting of the district heating pipes running through the demolished building, critical noise reduction requirements due to sensitive operations in neighbouring buildings.
