Forum Shopping Centre, Helsinki
The Forum Shopping Centre in the centre of Helsinki is located in a large-scale building complex, parts of which are protected.
The shopping centre was renovated in three phases, with the building extended both upwards and downwards. The upward extension was realised utilising AINS Group’s innovative technique, which involved the use of jacks to hoist the existing roof structures up by a floor. The solution reduced the overall cost by about a million euros.
