This residential area is approximately one kilometre from Kuopio city centre. The first building completed was a rental apartment complex owned by the Nonna Group, designed for pensioners. The building also included a restaurant, sports facilities and other common areas. The other two buildings were owner-occupied apartments developed by FinCap. The project included an underground car park which served all three housing associations We also delivered element engineering for the project.
