The stunning architectural complex located in Olari, Espoo, consists of two 9-story residential buildings made of precast concrete elements.
These buildings feature modern commercial spaces and cozy deck courtyards that offer residents a variety of services and relaxation spots. Under one of the buildings, there is a convenient cast-in-place parking garage, making parking effortless. Additionally, we implemented element design for the project.
