A project in Ylöjärvi dealt with a building completed in 1974.
In the renovation project, the façade, which was in relatively good condition, was painted and repaired where necessary. The condition of the façade was determined with a building survey. In addition, windows were replaced and balconies were repainted. Also, glazing was installed for the balconies.
