The building’s stepped volume creates large private terraces with sea views for the apartments and enables a lush landscape of green roofs that connect the building to the adjacent Saukonpaadenpuisto park. The unique metal cladded copper-coloured building stands out as a landmark in the cityscape. In addition to the 126 apartments there are commercial spaces in the street level, housing a restaurant and a bar. ONE Architects (Part of AINS Group) were responsible for the main and architectural design of the project: https://www.onearchitects.fi/
