The goal is to create a high-quality healthcare hub in Kanta-Häme that meets the future needs of healthcare in a customer-centric manner. Ahvenisto Hospital, also known as "Assi," includes facilities for intensive care, emergency services, surgery, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, radiology, and MRI, as well as patient wards.
