AINS Group's engineering and consulting business consists of six divisions: project and construction management, architectural design, structural engineering, renovation engineering, industrial and building systems engineering and civil engineering.

CEO Kari Kauniskangas has lead AINS Group since the beginning of 2023.

The parent company of our group is A-Insinöörit Oy. The group's operations are divided into four subsidiaries: A-Insinöörit Rakennuttaminen Oy and A-Insinöörit Oy Lappi, specializing in construction management services, A-Insinöörit Suunnittelu Oy, providing technical design services and ONE Architects Oy. our architectural firm.

We are owned by a Finnish private equity firm Vaaka Partners and 180 partners working in the company.
