Kiiminkipuisto School, Oulu
The cooperative all-in contract has been used to build the Kiiminkipuisto school to improve coordination and quality especially in mid-sized projects. This form of project is used where alliance model or public-private partnership are too arduous and require too much resources. In this project, there was an exceptionally long 10 year guarantee.
