Emission measurements and control
Regulatory requirements for industrial and energy plants necessitate regular emission measurements. Our expert emission measurements also assist in fault detection and process adjustments.

Standards-compliant emission measurements for industry
Reducing air emissions is a responsibility for all accountable industries, and evolving legislation continuously increases the need for emission monitoring. With our comprehensive emission measurements and specialised experts, you can ensure that your organisation meets environmental requirements and benefits from the measurements in production development.
We take care of the emission measurements required by the regulatory conditions of industrial and energy plants at regular intervals. Our expert emission measurements also help in fault detection and production process adjustments.
"Emission measurement helps to improve production efficiency and reduce energy consumption."
More efficient processes through emissions measurement
Each emission measurement and each measurement site is unique
Our experienced experts, who have extensive knowledge of various industrial sectors, conduct emission measurements. They familiarize themselves with the specific characteristics and requirements of the measurement site. If necessary, they help select the right and most reliable measurement technique for each type of emission.
Experience is particularly needed in assessing the reliability of measurement results and in clear and understandable reporting of concentration levels. We also serve as a partner in long-term monitoring measurements.
Dispersion modelling for emission measurement and management
We use emission modelling to determine the dispersion and concentration levels of emissions from your industrial facility in the area. The modelling can be used to predict and manage the environmental and health impacts of air emissions.
For emission dispersion modelling, we rely on meteorological data, terrain, infrastructure and buildings in the area, in addition to the results of emission measurements. We use the AERMOD calculation model.
Our emission measurement activities are accredited by the FINAS accreditation service as a T232 testing laboratory and meet the requirements of SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. The scope of accreditation can be found on the FINAS website.
