From the project-planning stage onward, 3D data modelling was utilised in the work. Insulation was installed on two thirds of the façades. For the same proportion of the façades, the building envelope and insulation were replaced. In addition, balconies were renovated. Additional investigations were carried out to assist in the choice of renovation methods. Noise from National Road 12 and the railway was reduced by means of design solutions. Throughout the project, measures were taken to invite participation and feedback from the residents.
