KOY Alberga, Espoo
AINS Group office premises are situated at Alberga office site in Leppävaara. The steel framed building has been granted the BREEAM rating Very Good. Underneath the building there are about three kilometres of railway tunnels, a car tunnel, and three kilometres of rescue and maintenance tunnels. The deepest structures extend 50 metres below sea level. The building was voted Finland’s most pleasant and energy-efficient office space in 2014.
