Housing Company As Oy Turjankatu 2, Tampere
The residential block was completed in 1959. New insulation and thick-coat plastering were added to the facade. Cladding panels were installed between windows. The eaves were extended and guttering renewed. Balconies were partly renovated and Juliet balconies were added to studio flats. Some of the common airing balconies were removed. The underground drainage system was rebuilt and foundation walls were waterproofed. Window and door structures were replaced. AINS Group was involved in the renovation planning (architectural and structural design).
