Construction and industrial consultancy AINS Group has once again strengthened its position as one of the most attractive employers in Finland. The company was ranked eighth among Finnish engineering employers in Universum's 2025 Professional Survey. AINS Group is the second most desirable employer for jobs in the engineering and construction sector.
AINS Group was selected as one of the most attractive engineering employers in Finland by professionals working in engineering fields. With its ranking (8th), AINS Group was the second most attractive in a comparison of jobs in the engineering sector and, at the same time, in the construction sector.
Universum's survey this year was based on 1 400 engineering professionals' assessments of Finnish employers. In total, 6 300 employed professionals from different sectors were surveyed.
