AINS Group again among the most attractive employers in engineering

A-Insinöörit on valittu jälleen Suomen houkuttelevimpien työnantajien joukkoon.
AINS Group has once again been ranked among Finland’s most attractive employers. Engineering professionals ranked AINS Group eighth on Universum’s list of most attractive employers for the second consecutive year. Engineering students also consider AINS Group one of the most attractive employers in the field.

Engineering professionals ranked AINS Group among Finland’s ten most attractive employers for the second year running. The company maintained its eighth-place ranking from last year and achieved the second-highest ranking among employers in the design and construction industry.

In Universum’s survey, professionals working in Finland evaluated employers’ attractiveness based on factors ranging from employer awareness to their willingness to apply for a job with the company. AINS Group strengthened its position in both awareness and employer consideration.

“An attractive workplace community is a shared source of pride for us, but it is also a strategic competitive advantage and a magnet for the best professionals,” says Kari Kauniskangas, CEO of AINS Group.

“We maintain and develop a workplace where high-level expertise, interesting projects and opportunities for individual professional development come together. As a company, we are also agile in entering new markets and growth areas, opening up new career paths for built environment professionals with a wide range of expertise.”

This year, 1,390 engineering professionals participated in Universum’s survey. In total, 5,386 working professionals from 48 industries and 36 occupational groups evaluated employers.
