AINS Group is streamlining its corporate structure – all technical engineering services from A-Insinöörit Suunnittelu Oy

We are streamlining our corporate structure to offer better services to our customers. The infrastructure, rock and geoengineering company A-Insinöörit Civil Oy and the building and industrial engineering company A-Insinöörit Teollisuus- ja talotekniikka Oy will merge on 31 March 2024 with the structural engineering company A-Insinöörit Suunnittelu Oy.

Starting from April A-Insinöörit Suunnittelu Oy will offer nearly all technical engineering services needed in building, industrial and infrastructure projects.

“We have grown into a multidisciplinary built environment service partner with competitive resources and are now streamlining our corporate structure to be able to offer our extensive expertise in a more flexible manner. Centralising technical engineering services to a single company makes it easier for us to offer and execute multidisciplinary service entities and for our customers to acquire them,” explains AINS Group’s CEO Kari Kauniskangas.

In future, AINS Group’s companies are focusing on three business sectors: construction management, architectural design and technical engineering.

The merger of the technical engineering companies will not affect the operational organisations. Structural engineering, renovation engineering, industrial and building engineering and civil engineering will continue as operational business sectors with their current management and experts.

In connection with the merger, all A-Insinöörit Civil Oy’s and A-Insinöörit Teollisuus- ja talotekniikka Oy’s business operations and the contracts, obligations and responsibilities related to them will be transferred to A-Insinöörit Suunnittelu Oy.
